o BESPOKE VIDEO We can send you a special virtual tour of any new or Approved Used car in stock.
o FINANCE We can arrange finance quotations for you without needing to see you in person.
o VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS We can offer a face to face, online video consultation or over the phone.
o HANDOVER We will provide a safe handover with every precaution taken
o SANITISATION Your car will be fully sanitised with KleenAir technology before it is handed back to you.
o PROTECTION All our staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times.

I have service or repair work booked, what should I do?

Give us a call or email and we will re-arrange for you.

Although it is important to get your vehicle serviced regularly. Completing your service at a later date will not damage your vehicle in any aspect unless it had an under lying problem.

My car has broken down, what shall I do?

If you have break-down assistance or cover please call you provider.

If outside of warranty, our ability to assist is limited, however if you are a key worker who needs your motor car for essential work please call  01534 635566.

I have a NEW/ APPROVED car on order, will I need to wait?

A member of our team will be in touch with you and will advise you on delivery of your vehicle. Alternatively, you can call  01534 635566 or email  jersey@motor-mall.co.uk .
